What you can write to us about
- Claiming a server. If your server is already listed and you want to manage it, tell us its name and address and we will help you verify ownership.
- Removal requests. Owners can ask us to remove or correct a listing. Please write from an address connected to the server or its website, so we can verify the request.
- Featured placement and advertising. Ask about featured positions, banners and other promotion. Featured servers are always labelled as paid promotion.
- Bug reports. Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot and the page address help a lot.
- Privacy questions. Requests for access to or deletion of your data. See the privacy policy.
Before you write
Many answers are already on the site. Voting questions are covered in how to vote, and technical questions about rewards and the API are in the API documentation. To add a server, use the add server form instead of e-mail.
We cannot help with problems on individual servers, such as bans or lost items. Please contact the staff of that server.
